Claus Abildstrøm is a Managing Partner of DANDERS & MORE. Being the head of M&A in the Corporate & Financial Transactions team, he has international experience in a cross-border context and an experience which also extends to business leadership. He has acted as leading counsel in many mergers and acquisitions within the financial sector, the retail sector and the property sector.
He is also an experienced board member sitting on a number of boards as well as advising many companies within the above sectors.
Claus was born on 30 January 1964 in Copenhagen and graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 1989. He was a lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School whilst building up his career as a lawyer. He successfully established his own law firm (LLC Law Firm) which has merged with DANDERS & MORE in 2008. He is admitted to the High Court of Denmark, a member of the Danish Bar Association, and a member of the International Bar Association.
Furthermore, Claus has contributed to a number of legal publications on mergers and acquisitions.
Claus speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
