Even though real estate is not a part of our clients’ core business, they are committed to managing both the result and costs of corporate real estate activity. Experience has proven that the vast majority of real estate projects within major companies arise between merger and acquisition or corporate finance events, and real estate issues should thus not only receive senior management focus largely as an adjunct to merger and acquisition or corporate secured finance activities.

Investigation and preparation of due diligence reports on environmental law areas in connection with business transactions, including the assessment of the extent of any environmental risks involved in contamination, and the assessment of the implications of any enforcement or prohibition notice, and advise on approval on mortgage credit and other pledging facilities in Denmark.
